    HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS?
    We are giving visitors the choice to prebook a timed entry ticket online via this link https://www.artvo.com.au/ or walk in as tickets are available for purchase on site at box office.

    WHAT CONCESSION CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?
    Artvo accepts Companion and Senior Card as concession entry. Companion card holders receive concession priced tickets and a complimentary ticket for their carer. Complimentary tickets for carer to be redeemed at door only.
    WHAT DO I GET WITH MY TICKET?
    The standard visit includes a quick introduction to the patrons before they head into the gallery explaining the concept of the artwork and how the photos are taken. Afterwards they are free to head into the gallery and go through at their own pace with staff in the gallery to assist. Most of the visit is self-guided other than the initial introduction. The experience generally takes around 1 hour.
    WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
    Patrons will also need to bring their own smartphones and cameras to take the photos. Staff can take photos with their own cameras and will share them via air drop or blue tooth.
    WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
    We recommend arrival a few minutes before your start session to ensure prompt entry.
    DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?
    No printed tickets required -  please present your ticket on your smart phone or tablet.
    DO YOU SELL TICKETS ON SITE?
    Yes, tickets are available for purchase at front desk.
    CAN I EXCHANGE MY TICKET FOR ANOTHER DAY?
    Absolutely! If you miss your allocated start session, your tickets are valid for use for up to 12 months from date of purchase. There is no need to re-book as we have made allocations for walk ins. Simply present your existing ticket (with barcode) for admission.
    HOW DO EXISTING GIFT VOUCHER HOLDERS OR RACV TICKET HOLDERS REDEEM THEIR TICKETS?
    There is no need to book a timed session for existing ticket holders. Simply walk in and present your ticket/voucher at door.
    ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
    Tickets aren’t refundable as we are a permanent exhibition, you are welcome to use your ticket to attend on another suitable day as it is valid for use for up to 12 months.

    WHAT IS ARTVO?
    ArtVo is an immersive art gallery filled with 3D installations and trick art. ArtVo offers patrons the chance to experience the traditional art museum in a whole new way. We offer visitors the opportunity to be the art by simply striking a pose in front. Photos are best taken on your phone or camera. Our trick photography experts, aka our wonderful staff, will be on hand to help take photos, advise on poses and make you feel as comfortable as possible in front of the camera. Whatever your age, we look forward to helping you create some memorable moments.
    WHAT AGE GROUP IS ARTVO SUITABLE FOR?
    Artvo is a unique attraction for children and adults, allowing people of all ages to interact in our creative fantasy theme, be part of the art and escape into a world of immersive experiences.
    HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE?
    We would recommend to allow an hour for the experience.
    IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR AND PRAM ACCESSIBLE?
    Artvo happily welcome guests with special needs and disabilities to enjoy the full immersive gallery experience. The venue is wheelchair and pram accessible with clear paths and access to all. Where possible, we encourage prams to be left at cloak room and to use a carrier.
    IS THE CLOAKROOM OPEN?
    Lockers are available for a small fee of $2. Where possible, we advise that large bags and bulky belongings are avoided. Lost property will be stored at front desk. Please email [email protected]

    Our venue is committed to sharing joy and happiness through our artwork in a completely clean, safe and healthy environment. Our updated COVID safety procedures are listed below and we’ll continue to release more information about safety measures in due course.  
    SAFETY PROTOCOLS
    ArtVo has always maintained cleaning and sanitisation procedures across all of our locations. In line with Victorian Government guidelines, ArtVo has implemented the following COVID-safe changes:
    • Limiting the number of people in the space via timed entry session times
    • Contactless temperature checks upon entry
    • Hand-sanitising station: All guest required to sanitise before entry
    • Regular and deep clean in high touch and busy areas
    • Installing social distancing floor markers
    EMPLOYEE & GUESTS RESPONSIBILITIES
    In order to make the ArtVo experience enjoyable for everyone, we’re asking both guests and employees to help us maintain certain safety standards.
    • Please ensure that a safe distance of 1.5m between other guests and employees is maintained at all times.
    • Using hand sanitiser whenever offered.
    • Arriving on-time to maintain a steady, socially distanced flow.
